High Council:
These are the people who work directly under the chapter leader and are his most trusted officers. They are mainly and foremost advisors to the chapter leader to guide him through the game. But they also serve many other rolls that vary to whatever the chapter leader needs from them at the current moment. Also, if you have any problems with members and/or officers, these are the people who you should let know.
Raid Leader:
This person knows all of the raids and how to do every fight. They are working hand in hand with the class leaders to make sure the raids are set up correctly and that everyone knows what they need to be doing. They will be on for near every raid, and will set up raid times for the guild.
Class Leaders:
The class leaders are experts of all the ins and outs of their class. If you have any questions about a class go to them and they will be able to answer your questions and will be willing to help train you to become better in PvP and/or PvE. They will be the main tanks, healers, and DPS for late game raids and thusly will be geared out first. Once they get enough gear however, the class leaders will be the decider's on who gets the next piece of gear for raids.
