Evolution wants to attract the strongest and most active players to our gaming community. The contributions of the best players breeds the best gaming chapters which in turn offer the best support to our members.
Evolution holds loyalty to the group and gaming excellence in highest regard. We want to be the strongest, most reknown guild in every game we play. It is in supporting individual members with resources, companionship, information, and shared experiences that Evolution defines it's purpose.

Evolution as a whole is governed by its Administrator Ramsonne. Over the years, a group of Overseers have been appointed by the Administrator to serve as the team who manages the day-to-day happenings of the guild and direct its growth. These are people who have demonstrated exceptional loyalty to the team as well as sound judgement. Additionally, Evolution has a few Guild-level Officers who aid in managing the organization outside of any gaming chapter, but supporting them all.
- Secretary - responsible for recording and posting Guild Meeting notes in the Guild Hall forum.
- Sergeant at Arms - manages the queue for each of our Guild Meetings.
- Gaming Scout - researches and reports on MMO games for the guild and posts findings in the MMO General Discussion forum.
- Moderators - Forum Moderators are responsible for keeping discussions in the forum(s) they moderate on topic ( or move them ) and assuring that users adhere to our explicit and implied rules of conduct.
It is Ramsonne and the Overseers who appoint a Chapter Leader to manage each gaming chapter under the Evolution flag. Ultimately all decisions for each game are the responsibility of this office with the input and advice of the High Council appointed by the Chapter Leader.
All members of each High Council (HC) have a variety of duties assigned to diverse roles usually including but not limited to;
- Lead Ambassador - oversees the people and activities involved in building relationships with other like-minded guilds. Communication with other guild officers ingame and via forums, negotiating alliances, and the like are their domain.
- Treasurer - responsible for collecting, tracking, and dispersing guild funds. Managing vaults and artifacts therein.
- Lead Recruiter - coordinates all efforts in the Evolution application process from the time of initial application to attaining the ingame rank of Member. Posts recruiting notices on other sites.
- Commander - coordinates PvP activity for Evolution.
Under the direct supervision of the HC are a variety of Group Leaders and Assistants who ... well, assist their respective Council members. These likewise are appointed by the Chapter Leader with input from the HC.
