Due to player request, the Mayoral Deed has been re-added to the list of commodities sold on NPC vendors along with housing deeds. It has been only minimally tested and the system requires a lot of work that we had put on the back burner because of the small player base. Please report as much info on the system as you are willing to so that we may improve its development through Beta.
