Member Agreement
During the membership, affiliation, or appointment with the not-for-profit gaming organization known as Evolution, henceforth referred to as The Guild, the member may discover, invent, or create gaming products that may be copyrighted, trademarked or patented. The member understands and agrees that, because of their membership, affiliation, or appointment, The Guild has a valid interest in all such matters whether they be writings, designs, productions, inventions, discoveries or developments, conceived and/or made by the member during any period of membership, affiliation, or appointment, as well as any related copyrights, trademarks or patent rights, actual or potential.
As a term of membership, affiliation, or appointment, the member understands and agrees that The Guild shall own and hold any such inventions, discoveries, or any other material that may be patented or trademarked that is offered to The Guild, its members, or Administrator, known to members and henceforth in this agreement referred to as Ramsonne, for use or donation. The member agrees to assign to The Guild at its request any rights the member may have in such products that The Guild owns as described above and actual or prospective patents, trademarks or copyrights on such products.
The member also agrees not to transfer any rights or disclose any information concerning any such products or the products of any other Guild member, affiliate, or appointee, to any person other than as permitted by the expressed, written permission of The Guild.
Although a member may engage in outside activity, including membership to another gaming organization, requirements that the member waive the member's or The Guild's rights to any production or inventions which arise during the course of such outside activity must be expressly approved in writing by The Guild Administrator.
A member shall fully and completely disclose to the Administrator all inventions and productions which the member develops or discovers while a member of The Guild.
The member agrees that this agreement supersedes and renders void any other conflicting agreements with any other individuals or organizations. The member also agrees that upon ending membership with The Guild willfully or by decision of any representative of The Guild, all points of this agreement remain intact indefinately in regards to all of the aforemention writings, designs, productions, inventions, discoveries or developments.
